کارشناس عملیات | Operations Expert

شرح وظایف:

• نظارت بر کلیه امور جاری در بخش عملیات مربوطه و پیگیری مستمر بارها تا تحویل به مشتری.
• بررسی، صدور و طبقه بندی اسناد مربوطه.
• ثبت اسناد و نظارت بر ارسال گزارش‌های حمل به واحدهای ذیربط.
• صدور صورتحساب‌های داخلی.
• هماهنگی با دفاتر و همکاران مستقر در گمرکات داخلی.
• همکاری نزدیک با بخش فروش و اطلاع‌رسانی در خصوص وضعیت و هزینه‌های مربوطه.
• انجام مکاتبات با نمایندگان خارجی.
• تعامل نزدیک با مشتریان و اطلاع‌رسانی از آخرین وضعیت محموله‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه. 
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی جهت مکاتبات خارجی مرتبط و مکالمات تلفنی (در صورت نیاز).
• مسلط به رویه‌های عملیاتی حمل و اسناد و مدارک مربوطه.
• آشنایی با قوانین گمرگی و اصطلاحات حمل و نقل و اینکوترمز.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به صنعت حمل‌ونقل مانند OTMS.
• توانایی مدیریت چالش‌های روزانه و تصمیم‌گیری موثر و حل‌وفصل مسائل مربوطه.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- English language mastery for foreign correspondence and telephone conversations (if needed)
- Mastery of Operational Transport Procedures and Related Documents - Introduction to Customs and Transportation Terms and Incoterms
- Introduction to the software-related software such as otms
- the ability to manage daily challenges and effective decision-making and resolving relevant issues

Task Description:
- Supervision of all currents in the relevant operations section and continuous follow-up to customer
- Review, issue and classification of relevant documents
Transport reports to the relevant units
- Issuing internal bills
- Coordination with offices and colleagues based in internal customs
Corresponding to Foreign Representatives
- Customer Interaction with Customers and Information of the Latest Cargo Status
