کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی و پایش راهبردهای دیجیتال | Planning and Monitoring Digital Strategies Specialist

تعریف شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی (شاخص/پروژه/نقشه راه) در حوزه موضوعات بلوغ و تحول دیجیتال و پایش برنامه‌های مرتبط با حوزه دیجیتال از مرحله تعریف تا اختتام برنامه‌ها.

شرح وظایف:

• همکاری در تدوین نقشه راه‌های بلوغ/تحول دیجیتال.
• راهبری و نظارت بر تعریف تا اختتام پروژه‌های مرتبط با دیجیتال.
• انجام شاخص‌گذاری اهداف مرتبط با بلوغ/تحول دیجیتال و پایش شاخص‌ها.
• به‌کارگیری ابزار معماری راهبردی برای جانمایی پروژه‌ها در معماری سازمان.
• انجام مطالعات پژوهشی و بنچمارک در موضوعات تحول دیجیتال.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با چارچوب‌های بلوغ دیجیتال مانند چارچوب DMM و 20200.
• مطالعات قابل اعتنا در ادبیات موضوع تحول دیجیتال و آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه در موضوعات DT as Enabler و DT as Business.
• توانایی تحلیل و طراحی سیستمی در مدیریت استراتژیک و برنامه‌ریزی.
• آشنایی مقدماتی با معماری سازمانی و مفاهیم متدولوژی ADM.

Job definition:
Planning (index/project/roadmap) in the field of maturity and digital transformation issues and monitoring programs related to the digital field from the stage of definition to the conclusion of the programs

Description of duties:
Cooperating in the development of maturity / digital transformation road maps
Guiding and monitoring the definition until the completion of digital related projects
Indexing goals related to digital maturity / transformation and monitoring indicators
Using strategic architecture tools for Placement of projects in the architecture of the organization
Conduct research and benchmark studies on digital transformation issues
Requirements:
Familiar with digital maturity frameworks such as DMM and 20200
Reputable studies in the subject literature Digital transformation and familiarity with basic concepts in the subjects of DT as Enabler and DT as Business
Ability to analyze and system design in strategic management and planning
Preliminary familiarity with organizational architecture and ADM methodology concepts
