Job description and duties:
Mastery of education processes including:
Educational needs assessment (analyzing and identifying the educational needs of employees, managers and organization jobs)
Helping to design and compile educational contents and courses based on educational needs
Designing and implementing planned and planned training courses and monitoring the regular holding of courses
Identifying educational centers and institutions conducting specialized and general trainings of the organization
Obtaining the necessary permits for the implementation of training courses
Proper notification of training to all stakeholders
Anticipating and providing facilities and support services necessary for the implementation of trainings
Evaluation at different levels of programs, instructors, courses and evaluation of training effectiveness
Annual planning of training and setting up the training calendar for planning in the training committee at the beginning of each year
Planning to hold comprehensive tests in the whole company and especially for different organizational positions
Carrying out matters related to the training of newly hired employees (Orientation Program)
Providing opportunities for colleagues to participate in specialized classes inside and outside the company
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
