شاخص‌های کلیدی:

• مهندس کامپیوتر گرایش نرم‌افزار یا سخت‌افزار.
• حداقل چهار سال سابقه تخصصی در حوزه زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی و مخابراتی و شبکه و پشتیبانی کاربران.
• سطح خوب در زبان انگلیسی.

الزامات/مهارت‌ها:

• مسلط به طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و نگهداری شبکه‌های LAN ،WAN و زیرساخت‌های مرتبط و مفاهیم VLAN، کابل‌کشی و تجهیزات Passive و Active، سیستم برق اضطراری و UPS.
• آشنایی با ساختار و پیکربندی کامپیوترهای HP Server و سخت‌افزارهای ذخیره‌سازی شبکه (SAN و NAS).
• مسلط به (VCenter ،ESXi ،VSphere).
• مسلط به ساختار و پیکربندی سرویس‌های اصلی شبکه (AD ،DHCP ،DNS).
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تهیه Backup و پشتیبان‌گیری (Veeam و BackupExec).
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های ارتباطی مرکز تلفن دیجیتال PBX ،VoIP، خطوط ویژه دیتا و نرم‌افزارهای Elastix و Free PBX.
• سابقه کار و آشنایی با داشبورد مدیریتی نرم‌افزارهای آنتی ویروس (مانند ESET و NOD 32).
• مسلط به سرویس‌ها و پروتکل‌های Email و مدیریت و نگهداری سرورهای Exchange و M Daemon.
• مسلط به سطح CCNA و مسلط به نصب و پیکربندی سوئیچ‌ها و روترهای مختلف Cisco و سخت‌افزارهای امنیتی و Firewallهای شبکه و دستگاه‌های Sophos ،FortiGate و MikroTik و تنظیمات VPN.
• مسلط به تنظیم، پشتیبانی و نگهداری سرویس‌های ارتباطی اینترنت، اینترانت و MPLS و رادیو و Wire Less.
• مسلط به پشتیبانی و تعمیر و نگهداری تجهیزات جانبی (پرینتر و اسکنر و دستگاه‌های Hand Held).
• مسلط به تنظیم و پشتیبانی از سیستم‌های امنیتی دوربین‌های مداربسته CCTV.
• مسلط به نصب و راه‌اندازی و پشتیبانی مجموعه Microsoft Office.
• توانایی و تجربه در یافتن ریشه‌های مشکلات و حل مسئله و مستندسازی راه‌حل آن‌ها، تهیه و تدوین مستندات و نقشه زیرساخت‌های مجازی، شبکه، ارتباطات، خطوط مخابراتی، شناسنامه تجهیزات.
• دارای حسن برخورد و روابط عمومی بالا و منعطف و توانمندی آموزش به کاربران و پشتیبانی عملیات و سیستم‌ها.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای کنترل و مونیتورنگ PRTG ،SolarWinds و Manage Engine.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌عامل Linux.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم ITIL.
• آشنایی و کار با کامپیوترهای خانواده Apple.
• آشنایی کلی با فرآیندهای حوزه‌های مختلف سازمان (تولید، تامین، انبار، منابع انسانی، مالی) در حد کلیات سیستم‌های ERP.
