• مسلط به اصول مدیریت و سازمان‌‌دهی، برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت و کنترل تیم‌‌ها.
• نگاه راهبردی و مدیریت سرمایه انسانی.
• آشنایی با مسایل فنی از جمله برق و مکانیک، مدیریت فرآیندهای تعمیر و نگهداری.
• مهارت بالا در گوش دادن مؤثر و سخنوری، کار تیمی، درک اجتماعی، متقاعدسازی، مذاکره، تفکر انتقادی، ارتباط با افراد، تیم‌ها و مدیران مجموعه، ایده‌پردازی و استدلال.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهدسی مکانیک، مهندسی برق، مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت اجرایی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل ده سال تجربه به عنوان مدیر اجرایی در مجتمع‌های گردشگری بزرگ.

 Mastery in the field of principles of management and organization, planning and leading and controlling teams, strategic view and human capital management
 Familiarity with technical issues including electricity and mechanics, management of repair and maintenance processes
 High skill in effective listening and speaking, teamwork, social understanding, persuasion, negotiation, critical thinking, communication with individuals, teams and group managers, ideation and reasoning , electricity, industrial engineering or executive management and other related fields
 Experience: at least 10 years of experience as an executive director in large tourism complexes
