شرح شغل:

• مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار به تناسب با اهداف و استراتژی‌های کلان شرکت.
• کشف و تحلیل فرآیند با هماهنگی ذی‌نفعان فرآیند.
• طراحی و مدل‌سازی فرآیندها با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد مدل‌سازی فرآیند.
• عارضه‌یابی، بازنگری و مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای سازمانی به صورت مستمر.
• ارزیابی مداوم فرآیندها از طریق برگزاری ممیزی‌های دوره‌ای به منظور اطمینان از اجرای صحیح و پایداری فرآیندها.
• تنظیم و تدوین مستندات سازمانی (آیین‌نامه‌ها، روش‌های اجرایی و دستورالعمل‌های شرکت) در تعامل با واحدهای ذی‌نفع.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به تکنیک‌های مدلسازی فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار بر اساس استاندارد BPMN 2.0.
• مسلط به چارچوب طبقه‌بندی فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار APQC.
• مسلط به اصول نگارش انواع مستندات ( شناسنامه‌های فرآیندی، روش‌های اجرایی، دستورالعمل‌ها).
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مدل‌سازی فرآیند مانند Visual Paradigm و Visio.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای اتوماسیون‌سازی فرآیندها (BPMS).
• مهارت تفکر سیستمی و فرآیندی.
• مهارت تحلیلی و حل مسئله.
• توانایی تعامل با واحدهای مختلف سازمانی.
• توانایی کار تیمی.

Management of business processes in accordance with the goals and strategies of the company
Discovery and analysis of the process with the coordination of process stakeholders
Design and modeling of processes using standard tools of process modeling
Complication detection, revision and reengineering of processes Continuous organizational evaluation of processes through periodic audits in order to ensure the correct implementation and sustainability of processes, setting and compiling organizational documents (bylaws, executive methods and company guidelines) in interaction with Beneficiary units
Certification conditions:
Mastery of business process modeling techniques based on the BPMN 2.0 standard
Mastery of the APQC business process classification framework
Mastery of the principles of writing all kinds of documents (birth certificates process, execution methods, instructions (
mastery of process modeling software such as Visual Paradigm and Visio
familiarity with process automation software (BPMS)

Ability to interact with different organizational units
Ability to work in a team
