شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با انجام فرآیند جذب و استخدام.
• تجربه عالی در انجام امور پرسنلی، بیمه، قرارداد، پیگیری ثبت درخواست‌های پرسنلی، تردد و بستن کارکرد.
• آشنا با تهیه شناسنامه شغلی، شناسایی فرآیند، شاخص‌گذاری و مدیریت شاخص‌های KPI.
• مسلط به کنترل مستندات و امور بایگانی و کنترل اسناد بصورت فیزیکی و الکترونیکی (ورودی و خروجی).
• توانایی نگارش جهت تدوین آیین‌نامه‌ها، روش‌های اجرایی، دستورالعمل‌ها و فرم‌های سازمانی.
• توانایی تجزیه ‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با روش‌های آماری برای ارزیابی نتایج و اثربخشی فرآیندهای منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به ارائه انواع گزارشات مدیریتی و تحلیلی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office به ویژه Excel ،Outlook، نرم‌افزار دنیای پردازش کارا.
• آشنا با پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای مدیریت کیفیت ISO*******.
• منظم، مسئولیت‌پذیر، صبور و با آستانه تحمل بالا.
• دقت به جزئیات عالی و فعال و پرانرژی با توانایی انجام چند فعالیت به صورت همزمان.
• مهارت پیگیری تا اخذ نتیجه، عملگرا و نتیجه‌گرا.
• قابلیت ارتباط موثر و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی قوی و مهارت‌عالی ارتباطی کلامی و فنون مذاکره.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه‌ کاملاً مرتبط.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی (ترجیحاً در رشته‌های مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط).

• Ability to write to develop regulations, executive methods, instructions and organizational forms
• Ability to analyze data with statistical methods to evaluate the results and effectiveness of human resources processes
• Proficient To provide all kinds of managerial and analytical reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Out look, Kara processing world software
• Familiar with the implementation of ISO9001 quality management standards 2015
• Organized, responsible, patient and with a high tolerance threshold
• Attention to detail and active and energetic with the ability to perform several activities at the same time
• Follow-up skills to obtain results, pragmatic and Results-oriented
• Effective communication ability and strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation techniques
• At least three years of fully relevant experience
• At least a bachelor's degree (preferably in management, or other related disciplines)
