وظایف:

آنالیز نقاط قوت و ضعف فرآیند واحد و ارائه پیشنهاد سازنده؛
برنامه ریزی و شرکت در جلسات درون و برون سازمانی و ثبت نتایج در سامانه هوشمند؛
تجزیه و تحلیل و شناسایی نقاط ضعف فرآیندهای سازمان؛
تدوین مستندات فرآیندها، آیین‌نامه‌ها، روش‌های اجرایی و فرم‌های الکترونیک مورد نیاز سازمان؛
تدوین و بروزرسانی کلیه فرآیندهای سازمان؛
تهیه و تحلیل گزارشات موردی، دوره ای و نتایج از عملکرد خود و ارسال به مافوق؛
