About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels like PPC, display, and affiliate marketing to drive measurable results. You will focus on maximizing conversions while minimizing costs, using data analysis to adjust strategies based on KPIs such as CPA and ROI. This role requires continuous monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and deliver sustainable growth. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach are essential to succeed in this role.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels like PPC, display, and affiliate marketing to drive measurable results. You will focus on maximizing conversions while minimizing costs, using data analysis to adjust strategies based on KPIs such as CPA and ROI. This role requires continuous monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and deliver sustainable growth. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns, designing and performing app marketing campaigns with agencies and app stores to acquire new customers.
- Design, perform, and optimize Google Ads campaigns using different bidding strategies, and develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collect and analyze advertising data from dashboards, focusing on metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPC, CPI, and other conversion rates to inform campaign performance.
- Negotiate and execute larger partnership campaigns with brands, including co-campaigns and performance-based advertising, to enhance brand exposure and user acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and app marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in executing, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
