ما به دنبال یک نویسنده ux با تجربه و پرشور هستیم تا به تیم پویا ما بپیوندد. در این نقش، شما نقش کلیدی در ایجاد محتوای واضح، مختصر و کاربرپسند برای رابط های دیجیتال ایفا خواهید کرد. با حصول اطمینان از اینکه زبان کاربران را به راحتی از طریق محصولات دیجیتال ما راهنمایی می کند، تجربه کاربری را افزایش خواهید داد. ما همکاری، اصول طراحی کاربر محور و ادغام یکپارچه نوشتن ux را در تیم خود در اولویت قرار می دهیم.

مهارت ها و الزامات:
حداقل 3 سال تجربه در نوشتن ux، ترجیحاً در فرآیند طراحی کاربر محور< br>تسلط عالی به زبان انگلیسی آمریکایی با مهارت های نوشتن و ویرایش استثنایی
تسلط بر ابزارهای طراحی مانند figma برای ساخت و ویرایش محتوای ux
توانایی اثبات شده برای کار موثر با تیم های متقابل عملکردی در یک محیط پویا
تجربه کار با b2b saas یا نرم افزار سازمانی
پیشینه قوی در استراتژی محتوا و تحقیقات کاربر

We are looking for a UX writer to join our dynamic team and create user-centered content that enhances the usability and accessibility of our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with our product goals and brand voice. Job Purpose:

Duties:
- Writing and editing UI copy, microcopy, and help text for digital products.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the content is aligned with product goals.
- Conducting content audits and recommending improvements.
- Creating and maintaining a content style guide.
- Running usability tests on written content to assess clarity and effectiveness.
- Conducting user research to better understand user language and needs.
- Ensuring that content meets accessibility standards.
- Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints within the product.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in UX writing or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles; familiarity with design tools and content management systems is a plus.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills, especially for digital platforms.
