شرح شغل:

• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های خرید و تدارکات.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با تأمین‌کنندگان و مذاکره برای شرایط بهینه خرید.
• نظارت بر مراحل سفارشات و پیگیری حمل و نقل تا رسیدن کالاها.
• کنترل موجودی به منظور جلوگیری از بروز کمبود یا بیش‌مانده.
• بایگانی کلیه اسناد مربوط به بازرگانی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• دو تا پنج سال سابقه کار بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با مواد اولیه آرایشی بهداشتی و دارویی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• آشنایی با صنعت چاپ و بسته‌بندی.
• توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
•  دقت و توجه به جزئیات.
• مهارت در مذاکره و حل مسئله.

Shafa Tab Daru Company operates in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry and is looking for an internal business expert in Tehran. The purpose of this role is to manage purchasing and procurement operations in order to ensure the timely supply of products and raw materials.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing purchasing and procurement plans
- Establishing effective communication with suppliers and negotiate for optimal purchasing conditions
- monitoring the stages of orders and following up the transportation until the goods arrive
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to the relevant management

Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of commercial work experience
- Degree in management, commerce or business
- Familiarity with cosmetics and pharmaceutical raw materials
- Mastery of office software
- Familiarity with printing and packaging industry
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Having accuracy and attention to details
- Skill in negotiation and problem solving
