شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزیابی برنامه‌های آموزشی کارکنان.
• شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی و توسعه برنامه‌های مناسب.
• ایجاد و نگهداری از محتواهای آموزشی به‌روز.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های عملکرد آموزشی.
• ارزیابی تأثیر آموزش‌ها و پیگیری فرآیندهای بهبود مداوم.
• همکاری با دیگر بخش‌ها برای شناسایی حوزه‌های نیازمند بهبود.
• پشتیبانی و مدیریت سامانه آموزشی ایده.

• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و ارائه گزارش.

Tejarat Electronic Parsian (TOP) is seeking a Training Expert to join our team in Tehran. As a key part of our HR, Recruitment & Performance Management category, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that align with company goals
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements
- Evaluate and improve training materials for effectiveness
- Organize and maintain records of training activities, attendance, and results
- Provide feedback to participants and track their progress
- Use سامانه آموزشی ایده to manage and deliver training sessions
- Plan and conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
