شرح شغل:

• توسعه و مدیریت استراتژی منابع انسانی: طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های کلی منابع انسانی، شامل برنامه‌ریزی نیروی کار، توسعه ساختار سازمانی و تعریف سیاست‌های مدیریتی.
• جذب و استخدام: مدیریت فرآیندهای استخدام و انتخاب نیروی کار، از جمله تعیین نیازهای سازمان، تدوین آگهی‌های استخدام، مصاحبه و ارزیابی کاندیداها، و مذاکرات حقوقی.
• آموزش و توسعه: طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه مهارت‌های کارکنان، با هدف افزایش بهره‌وری و بهبود عملکرد شغلی.
• ارزیابی عملکرد: مدیریت فرآیندهای ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و ارائه بازخورد سازنده جهت ارتقاء عملکرد و ایجاد انگیزه در کارکنان.
• مدیریت تعارض و روابط کارکنان: حل مسائل و تعارضات در محیط کار و ارتقاء فرهنگ سازمانی مثبت از طریق برنامه‌های انگیزشی و تیم‌سازی.
• برنامه‌ریزی حقوق و مزایا: نظارت بر فرآیندهای حقوق و دستمزد، طراحی بسته‌های مزایا و اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• پایش رضایت کارکنان: برگزاری نظرسنجی‌ها و تحقیقات در زمینه رضایت شغلی کارکنان و ایجاد تغییرات لازم برای بهبود محیط کاری.
• مدیریت منابع انسانی در محیط ریتیل و فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای: آشنایی و تسلط به چالش‌های خاص مدیریت منابع انسانی در محیط‌های ریتیل و چین استور‌ها از جمله برنامه‌ریزی شیفت‌ها، مدیریت فروشگاه‌ها و انگیزه‌دهی به کارکنان فروش.
• محل شرکت: بلوار اندرزگو.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5:30 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 2 ظهر. 

شرایط:

• تجربه کاری در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی ترجیحاً در شرکت‌های فعال در زمینه ریتیل و فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های چندگانه.
• مهارت‌های عالی ارتباطی، مدیریت تعارض و حل مسئله.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت منابع انسانی.

Training and development: designing and implementing training programs and developing employees' skills, with the aim of increasing productivity and improving performance. job.

Performance evaluation: managing employee performance evaluation processes and providing constructive feedback to improve performance and motivate employees.

Managing conflict and employee relations: solving problems and conflicts in the work environment and promoting Positive organizational culture through motivational programs and team building.

Salary and benefits planning: monitoring salary and wage processes, designing benefits packages and ensuring compliance with labor and social security laws and regulations.

Employee satisfaction monitoring: conducting surveys and research on employee job satisfaction and making necessary changes to improve the working environment. Specializing in human resource management in retail and chain store environments, including shift planning, store management and motivating sales staff. Requirements: Work experience in human resource management. , preferably in companies active in the field of retail and chain stores.
Complete familiarity with labor and social security laws and regulations.
Ability to lead and manage multiple teams.
