Requirements for the position
• At least 10 years of experience at the level of human resources manager
• Have work experience in foreign companies
• Have at least a master's degree or MBA in related fields from prestigious domestic or foreign universities

• Mastery on the sixteen processes of human resources management
• Mastery of labor laws and social security
• Complete command of English

Description of duties
• Participation in the process of formulating human resources management strategies and policies at the group level
• Reviewing the human resources management strategies and policies of each of the group companies and obtaining assurance Its alignment with the strategies and policies of the group
• Follow-up and participation in the compilation of key performance indicators (KPI) of the group companies in the field of human resources management
