شرکت تولیدی بازرگانی زرین دشت دیمه (گروه سن‌ایچ) با شرایط زیر اقدام به جذب مدیر منابع انسانی می‌نماید.

شرح وظایف:

• مشارکت در فرآیند تدوین استراتژی‌ها و خط مشی‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی در سطح گروه.
• بررسی استراتژی‌ها و خط مشی‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی هر یک از شرکت‌های گروه و کسب اطمینان از هم راستا بودن آن با استراتژی‌ها و خط مشی‌های گروه.
• پیگیری و مشارکت در تدوین شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) شرکت‌های گروه در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• بررسی دوره‌ای وضعیت فرایندهای مدیریت منابع انسانی هر یک از شرکت‌های گروه و کسب اطمینان از مناسب بودن آن ‌ها شامل فرایندهای:

1. طراحی ساختار سازمانی کلان و تفصیلی.
2. تجزیه‌وتحلیل شغل و گریدینگ شغلی.
3. برنامه‌ریزی منابع انسانی، جذب و گریدینگ شاغل.
4. حقوق و مزایا.
5. روابط کار و سلامت جامع کارکنان.
6. سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی منابع انسانی.
7. آموزش، یادگیری و تسهیم دانش.
8. مدیریت عملکرد کارکنان و پاداش.
9. تحلیل و توسعه شایستگی‌ها.
10. مربی‌گری و منتورینگ.
11. تیم‌سازی و توانمندسازی.
12. مدیریت استعدادها و جانشین‌پروری.
13. پیشنهادات و نوآوری مستمر.
14. حسابرسی و ریسک منابع انسانی.
15. اخلاق، ارزش‌ها و فرهنگ سازمانی.
16. برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک منابع انسانی.

• بررسی دوره‌ای میزان تحقق شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) منابع انسانی شرکت‌های گروه.
• مشارکت در یکسان‌سازی رویه‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی در تمامی شرکت‌های گروه با لحاظ ویژگی‌های هر شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در سطح مدیر منابع انسانی.
• تجربه کاری در شرکت‌های خارجی.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مرتبط از دانشگاه‌های معتبر داخلی و یا خارجی؛ یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• روحیه کار تیمی، تفکر سیستمی و مدیریت زمان.
• مسلط به فرایندهای شانزده گانه مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
• حداکثر سن: 45 سال.
• داشتن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائمی الزامی است.

Requirements for the position
• At least 10 years of experience at the level of human resources manager
• Have work experience in foreign companies
• Have at least a master's degree or MBA in related fields from prestigious domestic or foreign universities
• Team work spirit, system thinking and time management
• Mastery on the sixteen processes of human resources management
• Mastery of labor laws and social security
• Complete command of English
• Maximum age of 45 years
• For male candidates, having a termination of service card or permanent exemption It is mandatory
Description of duties
• Participation in the process of formulating human resources management strategies and policies at the group level
• Reviewing the human resources management strategies and policies of each of the group companies and obtaining assurance Its alignment with the strategies and policies of the group
• Follow-up and participation in the compilation of key performance indicators (KPI) of the group companies in the field of human resources management

• Participation in the unification of human resources management procedures in all the group companies, considering the characteristics of each company
