مدیر منابع انسانی | Human Resources Manager

شرایط همکاری:

• محدوده شرکت: سهروردی.
• روزها و ساعت‌های کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5:45 عصر.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
• فارغ‌التحصیل یا برخوردار از دانش علمی و تخصصی رشته منابع انسانی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی.
• مسلط به کلیه فعالیت‌های حوزه منابع انسانی.
• توانایی تنظیم و اجرای آیین‌نامه‌های اداری و منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به مدل‌ها و استانداردهای منابع انسانی در حوزه جبران خدمات، مدیریت عملکرد و غیره.
• توانایی طراحی نظام‌های حقوق و دستمزد، پاداش و رفاهی و غیره.
• مسلط به ارائه راهکارهای لازم در امر بهبود روش‌ها، تحول اداری و توسعه منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به فرآیند جذب، تکنیک‌های مصاحبه و فرآیند نگهداشت نیروی انسانی و جانشین‌پروری.
• آشنایی با روش‌های ارزشیابی شغل و شاغل و تهیه شناسنامه مشاغل.
• آشنایی با فرایند ارزیابی و مدیریت عملکرد کارکنان.
• آشنایی با فرایند آموزش و توسعه کارکنان.
• مسلط به طراحی و تدوین استراتژی منابع انسانی، استراتژی جذب و اجرا و راهبری فرایندهای مربوطه.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی مسیرشغلی و برنامه‌ریزی نیروی انسانی.

Job description and qualifications:
At least three years of related work experience
Graduated or has scientific and specialized knowledge in the field of human resources or other related fields

- Mastery of labor laws and social security
- Mastery of all activities in the field of human resources
- Ability to adjust and the implementation of administrative regulations and human resources
- Mastery of models and standards of human resources in the field of service compensation, performance management, etc.
- Ability to design salary, reward and welfare systems. ..
- Providing the necessary solutions for improving methods, administrative transformation and human resources development
- Mastering the process of recruiting, interviewing techniques and the process of maintaining human resources and succession
- Familiarity with job evaluation methods and working and preparation of employment certificates
- Familiarity with the process of employee performance evaluation and management
- Familiarity with the process of training and development of employees
- Proficient in designing and formulating human resources strategy, recruitment strategy and implementation and management of relevant processes
- Proficient in career path planning and human resources planning
