رئیس حسابداری | Head of Accounting

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فرایندهای حسابداری عمومی و تنظیم دفاتر مالی.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل و تهیه گزارش‌های مالی دوره‌ای.
• تهیه صورتحساب‌های مالیاتی و انجام تکالیف قانونی مرتبط.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم حسابداری جهت بهبود بهره‌وری.
• همکاری با سایر دپارتمان‌ها جهت تأمین نیازهای مالی و بودجه‌بندی.
• بررسی و بهینه‌سازی سیستم‌های مالی و حسابداری موجود.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در موقعیت‌های مشابه مدیریتی در زمینه حسابداری.
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مقررات مالی و حسابداری.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل داده‌ها و حل مسئله.
• توانایی کار در محیط‌های پر فشار و مدیریت زمان.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising the general accounting processes and adjusting the financial books
- Analyzing and preparing periodic financial reports
- Preparing tax invoices and performing related legal duties
- Managing and guiding the accounting team to improve productivity
- Cooperation with other departments to meet financial and budgeting needs
- Reviewing and optimizing existing financial and accounting systems

Competencies:
- Having a higher education degree in the field of finance, accounting or banking
- Work experience in similar managerial positions in the field of accounting
- Familiarity with financial and accounting standards and regulations
- Strong skills in data analysis and problem solving
- ability to work in high pressure environments and time management
