کارشناس انبار | Warehouse Expert

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و سازماندهی انبار و کنترل موجودی کالا.
• پذیرش و بازرسی کالاهای ورودی و تضمین تطابق آنها با مدارک خرید.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی عملیات ارسال و دریافت کالا.
• اقدام به دسته‌بندی و مرتب‌سازی کالاها بر اساس استانداردهای تعیین شده.
• استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به مدیریت انبار برای ثبت اطلاعات و به‌روزرسانی موجودی.
• حفظ ایمنی و نظافت محیط انبار و اطمینان از رعایت مقررات ایمنی.
• گزارش‌دهی مشکلات و کمبودهای موجود در انبار به مدیر مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه انبارداری.
• آشنایی با اصول و استانداردهای مدیریت انبار.
• توانایی انجام کارهای فیزیکی و جابجایی کالاها.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت انبار.
• توانایی کار به صورت تیمی و ارتباط موثر با دیگر کارکنان.

This job is suitable for a person who is interested in organizing warehouse processes and has the ability to work in a dynamic and lively environment.

Responsibilities:
- Management and organization of warehouse and inventory control
>- Accepting and inspecting incoming goods and ensuring their compliance with purchase documents
- Planning and coordinating the operations of sending and receiving goods
- Classifying and sorting goods based on established standards
- Using Warehouse management software for recording information and updating inventory
- maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- reporting problems and deficiencies in the warehouse to the relevant manager

Competencies:
- Having relevant work experience in the field of warehousing
- Familiarity with the principles and standards of warehouse management
- Ability to perform physical work and move goods
- Skill in using warehouse management software
