• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های جذب و استخدام نیروی انسانی.
• نظارت بر فرآیندهای استخدام و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها.
• رهبری تیم منابع انسانی در انجام وظایف روزمره.
• توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان.
• مدیریت عملکرد و توسعه حرفه‌ای کارکنان.
• همکاری با مدیران دپارتمان‌ها برای تشخیص نیازهای منابع انسانی.
• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌های منابع انسانی مطابق با قوانین و مقررات.
• ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی و ارتقای سطح رضایتمندی کارکنان.

• تجربه کاری قابل توجه در حوزه منابع انسانی.
• توانایی اثبات شده در رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و مذاکره.

Sepahan Batri Industrial Complex is looking for an experienced human resources manager to manage and direct activities related to recruitment and human resources processes. The selected person must be able to plan and implement effective strategies to attract, maintain and develop human resources. This role is closely related to all departments of the organization and plays a key role in improving the organizational culture and work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of recruitment and recruitment strategies
- Monitoring recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with standards
- Leading the human resources team in performing daily tasks
- Creating and developing training programs for employees
- Performance management and professional development of employees
- Cooperation with department managers to identify human resource needs
