مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:
- آموزش و توسعه کارکنان: راهبری فرآیند آموزش و توسعه کارکنان اعم از برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، نیازسنجی آموزشی، اجرای آموزش و ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی.
- امور رفاهی و انگیزشی کارکنان: ایده‌پردازی، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای انواع طرح‌های رفاهی جهت ارتقای انگیزه و رضایت کارکنان.
- مدیریت عملکرد کارکنان: راهبری فرآیند مدیریت عملکرد سازمان شامل تعیین معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد، اجرای ارزیابی عملکرد، هدایت و تسهیلگری جلسات بازخورد عملکرد و غیره.
- مدیریت ساختار سازمانی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل مشاغل: برنامه‌ریزی جهت بازنگری ساختار سازمانی و انجام فرآیند تجزیه‌وتحلیل مشاغل در راستای به‌روزرسانی شناسنامه مشاغل.
- انجام سایر فرآیندهای توسعه منابع انسانی نظیر جانشین‌پروری، توسعه شایستگی‌ها، منتورینگ و غیره.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، روانشناسی صنعتی، مدیریت کسب‌وکار یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- حداقل یک سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی.

Responsibilities and duties:
· Employee Education and Development: Adjustment of staff training and development process, including educational planning, educational needs assessment, training and effectiveness assessment of educational programs
· Employees' welfare and motivational affairs: Idea, Planning and Implementation of a variety of welfare projects to enhance staff motivation and satisfaction
· Employee performance management: Organizational performance management process guidance including performance evaluation criteria, performance evaluation implementation, guidance and facilitation of performance feedback sessions, etc.
· Management of organizational structure and job analysis: Planning to review the organizational structure and perform job analysis process in order to update job IDs

Conditions:
· Education: Undergraduate or Masters Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or Related Disciplines.
· Working experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field of human resource management.
