About the role:
As a Frontend Team Lead at Mahdaad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead a talented team of frontend developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality, performant, and user-centric web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Oversee the technical architecture and implementation of frontend applications.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
- Team Management:
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Estimate development efforts and track progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum framework.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain high coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Monitor application performance and optimize as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- In-depth knowledge of Vue.js framework.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Pinia.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
- A solid understanding of Agile Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building high-quality user interfaces.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
- Experience in SaaS development is a plus.
