مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

-تهیه و ارائه صورت های مالی و گزارشات به منظور گزارش دهی به ذینفعان با اطمینان از صحت و دقت صورتهای مالی ارائه شده
-برنامه ریزی، تهیه و هدایت فرآیند بودجه بندی به منظور تخصیص بهینه منابع مالی به اولویت های شرکت طبق برنامه استراتژیک
-کنترل و نظارت بر وضعیت نقدینگی شرکت بر اساس بودجـه و اولویـت بنـدی نیازهـا و اهـداف شـرکت بـه منظور در دسترس بودن منابع مالی کافی برای عملیات جاری و طرح ها و پروژهها در زمان مورد نیاز
-مشارکت در تصمیم گیری برای تامین منابع مالی مورد نیاز و نحوه سرمایه گذاری منابع مالی موجود به منظور مدیریت بهینه سرمایه
-نظارت بر تهیه و تحلیل گزارشات حسابداری مدیریت و امکان سنجی های اقتصادی و مالی به منظور اطمینان از اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب و با صرفه مربوط به سرمایه گذاری و تامین منابع مالی
-برآورد ریسک های مالی از طریق تخمین و ارزیابی شرایط و طرف های شرکت به منظور پیشنهاد به واحدهای ذیربط و عقد قراردادهای مالی مناسب با صرفه اقتصادی
-نظارت بر محاسبات مربوط به مالیات ها (درآمد، ارزش افزوده، حقوق و ...) و حق بیمه سهم کارگر و کارفرما و اطمینان از پرداخت به موقع جهت ادای دیون قانونی
-نظارت بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات مالی و محاسباتی و معاملاتی شرکت به منظور پاسخگویی به سازمان ها و ادارات دولتی ذیربط و پرهیز از تخلفات
-نظارت بر تهیه و بروز نگهداری آیین نامه های مالی (نظیر آئین نامه اموال، نحوه ثبـت حـسابها، آئین نامه وام) بر اساس استانداردهای حسابداری و آئین نامه معاملات به منظور ساماندهی فعالیتهای مالی
شرایط احراز:
-دارای مدرک کارشناس ارشد در رشته های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا اقتصاد
-حداقل سابقه 10سال در حوزه های مرتبط و 5سال سابقه مدیریت مالی
-تسلط بر مبانی اقتصاد، مالی و حسابداری
-تسلط بر مقدمات قانون کار، بیمه و مالیات حقوق

-Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports in order to report to the beneficiaries, ensuring the correctness and accuracy of the presented financial statements.
- Planning, preparing and guiding the budgeting process in order to optimally allocate financial resources to the company's priorities according to the strategic plan
- Controlling and monitoring the company's liquidity status based on the budget and prioritization of the company's needs and goals in order to have sufficient financial resources available for current operations and plans and projects at the required time.
- Participating in decision-making to provide the required financial resources and how to invest available financial resources in order to optimally manage capital
- Supervising the preparation and analysis of management accounting reports and economic and financial feasibility in order to ensure the adoption of appropriate and cost-effective decisions related to investment and financial resources.
-Estimating financial risks through estimating and evaluating the company's conditions and parties in order to propose to the relevant units and conclude suitable financial contracts with economic efficiency
- Supervising the calculations related to taxes (income, added value, salaries, etc.) and insurance premiums for the worker's and employer's share and ensuring timely payment to pay legal debts
- Supervising compliance with the company's financial, accounting, and transactional rules and regulations in order to respond to relevant government agencies and departments and avoid violations.
- Supervising the preparation and maintenance of financial regulations (such as property regulations, how to record accounts, loan regulations) based on accounting standards and transaction regulations in order to organize financial activities
Qualifying conditions:
- Having a master's degree in accounting, financial management or economics
- At least 10 years of experience in related fields and 5 years of experience in financial management
- Mastering the basics of economics, finance and accounting
- Mastery of labor laws, insurance and salary tax
