Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React + Python)

We’re looking for experienced developers who take full ownership and deliver with accountability.
This is for you if you are a competitive self-starter, fast learner, ready to deploy every week, and enjoy building products end-to-end in a team that works alongside you.

About Us
We’re an early-stage startup building AI-powered tools for business operations. We are building the core parts of the product.
If you're excited about owning large parts of the product, working directly with founders, and shipping fast, we want to talk to you. You will be working with technical and non-technical founders and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale full-stack features from concept to production
- Own key product initiatives end-to-end (frontend, backend, infra)
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction and architecture
- Set coding standards and influence engineering culture
- Help build the engineering team through hiring and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with React and NextJS (hooks, modern state management, TypeScript)
- Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience designing SQL databases
- Comfort with general cloud infrastructure (Linux, Docker, etc.)
- Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Clear communicator, self-starter, and eager to take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud infra experience
- Experience with UI environments with many background updates
- Familiarity with design principles and Figma
- Passion for AI products and familiarity with AI concepts
- Passion for user-centric development and iterating on early products
