We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive APM to support our Product Manager in developing and launching high-quality products. If you’re passionate about technology, organized, and eager to learn, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
Assist the Product Manager in coordinating the product development process from concept to launch.
Help prepare and update product documentation, including requirements and basic wireframes.
Work with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to gather information and track progress.
Support in organizing and running agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Assist in monitoring product performance metrics and preparing reports.
Perform basic testing to ensure product quality before release.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
1+ year of experience in a product-related or coordination role (internship experience acceptable).
Basic understanding of product development and agile methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Eagerness to learn and grow into a product management role.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating simple wireframes or mockups.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
Interest in technology, fintech, or software products.
