شرایط تخصصی و تحصیلی:

مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته‌های زیر:

مهندسی کامپیوتر (نرم‌افزار، سخت‌افزار، فناوری اطلاعات)

مهندسی IT

علوم کامپیوتر

شبکه‌های کامپیوتری

امنیت اطلاعات

و یا رشته‌های مرتبط نزدیک

حداقل 2 تا 3 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در پست کارشناسی IT یا مشاغل مشابه

مهارت‌های فنی مورد نیاز:

تسلط به مفاهیم و پیاده‌سازی شبکه‌های کامپیوتری (LAN, WAN, پروتکل‌های رایج، پیکربندی سوئیچ و روتر)

دانش و تجربه در نصب، پیکربندی و عیب‌یابی سیستم‌های عامل (ویندوز سرور، لینوکس)

آشنایی با مجازی‌سازی (VMware, Hyper-V) و مفاهیم پایه‌ای رایانش ابری

توانایی مدیریت و نگهداری از سرویس‌های تحت شبکه مانند Active Directory، DNS، DHCP، فایل سرورها

آشنایی با اصول امنیت اطلاعات و راه‌حل‌های امنیتی مانند فایروال، آنتی‌ویروس تحت شبکه

آشنایی با پشتیبان‌گیری (Backup) و بازیابی اطلاعات

مهارت در عیب‌یابی (Troubleshooting) سخت‌افزار، نرم‌افزار و مشکلات شبکه

آشنایی با یکی از زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی پرکاربرد (مانند Python, PowerShell) برای خودکارسازی فرآیندها

داشتن مدارک بین‌المللی معتبر مانند MCSE، CCNA، Network+، Security+ و ...

مهارت‌های نرم و شخصیتی:

مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا و توانایی کار تحت فشار

روحیه کار تیمی و تعامل مؤثر با همکاران و کاربران

توانایی تحلیل مسئله و ارائه راه‌حل منطقی

انعطاف‌پذیری و یادگیری سریع فناوری‌های جدید

مهارت ارتباطی کلامی و نوشتاری مناسب

داشتن Initiative در تشخیص و حل مشکلات

نظم و دقت در مستندسازی فعالیت‌ها و پیکربندی‌ها

Specialized and academic requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields:

Computer engineering (software, hardware, technology) Information)

IT engineering

Computer science

Computer networks

Information security

or closely related fields

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT bachelor's position or similar jobs

Required technical skills:

Mastering the concepts and implementation of computer networks (LAN, WAN, common protocols, switch configuration and Router)

Knowledge and experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)

Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and basic concepts of cloud computing

Ability to manage and maintain network services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers

Familiarity with the principles of information security and security solutions such as firewall, network antivirus

Familiarity with Backup and data recovery

Skills in troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems

Familiarity with one of the widely used programming languages (such as Python, PowerShell) to automate processes

Having valid international qualifications such as MCSE, CCNA, Network+, Security+ and...

Soft and personal skills:
