معاون طرح و برنامه | Organizational Planning Deputy

شرکت تولیدی صنعتی گازسوزان بعنوان اولین و بزرگترین تامین کننده شرکت ملی گاز ایران به دنبال یک معاون طرح و برنامه با سابقه در مدیریت استراتژیک و طرح‌ریزی سازمان است.

مسئولیت‌ها:
طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های سازمان براساس اهداف و چشم‌انداز شرکت
راه‌اندازی و نظارت بر پروژه‌های سازمانی برای دستیابی به بهره‌وری بیشتر
هدایت سیستم‌های فناوری اطلاعات برای پشتیبانی از فرآیندهای کسب و کار
تدوین نقشه راه سازمان به منظور بهبود مستمر و رشد سازمانی
همکاری با مدیران و تیم‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از هم‌راستایی فعالیت‌های سازمان با استراتژی‌ها
ارائه گزارش‌ها و تحلیل‌های مرتبط با پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و استراتژی‌ها
هدایت تیم های برنامه ریزی جامع شرکت ، استراتژی ، هوش تجاری ، معماری سازمان
شرایط احراز:
مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
مهارت قوی در مدیریت استراتژیک و طرح‌ریزی سازمان.
مسلط به مدیریت پروژه‌های سازمانی و راهبری سیستم IT.
مهارت قوی در تفکر سیستمی و تحلیل مسائل پیچیده.
توانایی تدوین نقشه راه و برنامه‌های مرتبط با توسعه سازمان.

Gazsozan Industrial Production Company, as the first and largest supplier of the National Gas Company of Iran, is looking for a deputy plan and program with experience in strategic management and organization planning.

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing the organization's strategies based on the company's goals and vision
Launching and monitoring organizational projects to achieve greater productivity
Directing information technology systems to support business processes
Developing the organization's roadmap for continuous improvement and organizational growth
Collaborating with managers and different teams to ensure the alignment of the organization's activities with strategies
Providing reports and analyzes related to the progress of projects and strategies
Leading the company's comprehensive planning teams, strategy, business intelligence, organization architecture
Eligibility requirements:
A degree in industrial engineering, management or other related fields.
Strong skills in strategic management and organization planning.
Proficient in managing organizational projects and IT system management.
