معاون مدیر تکنولوژی | Deputy Director of Technology

شرایط عمومی:
ترجیحا مدرک کارشناسی ارشد نرم‌افزار
حداقل 6 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
حداقل 1 سال تجربه رهبری فنی
مهارت‌های نرم (غیر فنی):
دارای روحیه همکاری و کار گروهی
دارای توانایی حل مسائل چالشی
توانایی هدایت فنی تیم توسعه
توانایی نوشتن و ارائه گزارشات فنی/مدیریتی
داشتن توانایی تعامل موثر
قاطع، صبور و مقاوم در عین انعطاف پذیر بودن
یادگیری و سازگاری بالا
مسئولیت پذیر، پاسخ‌گو و پیگیر
تسلط به زبان انگلیسی

مهارت‌های فنی الزامی:
آشنایی با انواع معماری های نرم افزار
آشنایی با انواع متد(لوژی)های توسعه نرم افزار
تسلط به اسکرام و داشتن درک درست از اسکرام
تسلط به مفاهیم OOP/SOLID/Clean code
آشنایی با تست خودکار
آشنایی با پایگاه داده‌های SQL/nosql
آشنایی با طراحی پایگاه داده
آشنایی با Swagger
آشنایی با الگوهای طراحی
تجربه کاری با حداقل دو تکنولوژی BackEnd
تجربه کاری با حداقل دو تکنولوژی FrontEnd

At Iranikart, we are looking for a capable, responsible and motivated person for the role of deputy technology manager; Someone who, relying on in-depth technical knowledge and team leadership skills, can guide the technical development of the organization alongside the CTO.

General requirements:
Master's degree in software preferred
At least 6 years of relevant work experience
At least 1 year of technical leadership experience
Soft (non-technical) skills:

having the ability to interact effectively

Mastery of Scrum and having a proper understanding of Scrum

Work experience with at least two BackEnd technologies
Work experience with at least two technologies FrontEnd
