مهارت ها و توانمندی ها:
تجربه قابل توجه در مدیریت منابع انسانی، ترجیحاً در صنعت تولید و پخش
تسلط بر فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام
تسلط بر ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان و برنامه ریزی شغلی
تسلط بر راهکار های انگیزشی و اجرای آنها در سازمان
تسلط بر نرم افزارهای اتوماسیون اداری و حضور و غیاب
آشنا با مدلهای استخدامی انگیزشی محور
دانش عمیق از قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی و مقررات حقوقی داخلی
توانایی حل مسئله و اتخاذ تصمیمات مؤثر
تدوین استراتژی و برنامه جهت جذب، حفظ کارکنان
اجرای فرآیندهای مرتبط با افزایش رضایت کارکنان

In this role, you will be responsible for the company's human resources strategies and operations and play a key role in attracting, retaining and developing the workforce. Qualifications: Gender: female, male Education: master's degree in human resources, management, psychology or industries Skills and abilities: significant experience in human resource management, preferably in the production and broadcasting industry Mastery of recruiting and hiring processes Mastery of Evaluation of employee performance and job planning
Mastery of motivational solutions and their implementation in the organization
Mastery of office automation and attendance software
Familiar with incentive-based recruitment models
In-depth knowledge of labor and social security laws and internal legal regulations
Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
Formulation of strategies and plans to attract and retain employees
Execution of processes related to increasing employee satisfaction
Participation in strategy formulation companies with a focus on human capital
high public relations and the ability to communicate with people and their work management
