سن: 45 تا 65 سال
رشته مرتبط: ترجیحا منابع انسانی و مدیریت
تسلط به فرآیند جذب و استخدام (تدوین آگهی استخدام، شناسایی کانال‌های مناسب و مصاحبه)
تسلط به تهیه گزارشات و مکاتبات اداری
تسلط به برنامه‌های آفیس
تسلط به فرآیند ارزیابی عملکرد
تسلط به قوانین اداره کار
تسلط به امور کارگزینی و پرسنلی
تسلط به تدوین و ارزیابی و آنالیز مشاغل
حداقل 15 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در زمینه منابع انسانی
فقط نیروی آقا استخدام می‌شود
آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات کار
آشنایی با فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام
مهارت‌های مذاکره
قدرت تحلیل داده‌های منابع انسانی

Age: 45 to 65 years old
Related field: preferably human resources and management
Mastery of recruitment and hiring process (creating recruitment advertisement, identification of suitable channels and interviews)
Mastery of preparing reports and administrative correspondence
Mastery of office programs
Mastery of Performance evaluation process
Mastery of labor administration rules
Mastery of recruitment and personnel matters
Mastery of job formulation and evaluation and analysis
At least 15 years of relevant work experience in the field of human resources
Only male personnel are hired
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Familiarity with recruiting and hiring processes
Negotiation skills
Power of human resources data analysis
