• برنامه ریزی و کنترل تولید روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه
• کنترل ظرفیت خطوط تولید
• مدیریت مستقیم سرپرستان شیفت ها و نظارت بر عملکرد خطوط تولید
• آشنایی با kpi های مربوط به تولید
• آشنایی با مفاهیم بهره وری، OEE ، ضایعات، بالانس خط
• آشنایی با سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد و پایش هفتگی آن
• توانایی مدیریت همزمان چند خط تولیدی
• مهارت حل مسئله و مدیریت بحران
• توانایی تهیه گزارشات داشبوردی تولید، ضایعات، راندمان و نیروی انسانی
• آشنایی با روش های زمان سنجی و ظرفیت سنجی
• مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی خطوط تولید به منظور افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها
• نظارت بر کیفیت محصولات و تطابق با استانداردهای داخلی و بین‌المللی
• آموزش و هدایت پرسنل تولید و ایجاد انگیزه در تیم
• تسلط به فرآیندهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت و استانداردها
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط پیچیده

• Planning and controlling daily, weekly and monthly production
• Controlling the capacity of production lines
• Direct management of shift supervisors and monitoring the performance of production lines
• Familiarity with production-related KPIs
• Familiarity with the concepts of productivity, OEE, waste, line balance
• Familiarity with the performance evaluation system and its weekly monitoring
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple production lines
• Problem solving and crisis management skills
• Ability to prepare dashboard reports Production, waste, efficiency and manpower
• Familiarity with time and capacity measurement methods
• Management and optimization of production lines in order to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Monitoring product quality and compliance with domestic and international standards
• Training and guiding production personnel and motivating the team
• Mastering production processes, quality control and standards
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions in complex situations
