کارشناس دفتر فنی در پروژه های عمرانی شرکت سیوان تدبیر تجارت در شهر بیرجند:

مسئولیت ها:
- نظارت و کنترل فرآیندهای اجرایی پروژه‌ها
- تهیه و تنظیم نقشه‌ها و مستندات فنی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اتوکد
- ارزیابی و تحلیل نیازمندی‌های فنی پروژه
- همکاری با سایر تیم‌های مهندسی و اجرایی در پروژه‌های ساخت
- مدیریت اسناد فنی و حفظ سوابق مستندات پروژه
- تسلط بر متره ، فهرست بها، صورت وضعیت نویسی کارکرد و تعدیل

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک مهندسی عمران
- مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای آفیس و اتوکد
- آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تکسا
- توانایی کار گروهی و ارتباط موثر
- دقت و توجه به جزئیات

Responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of implementation processes of projects
- Preparation and adjustment of technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD software
- Assessment and analysis of project technical requirements

Qualifications:
- Civil engineering degree
