سرپرست نظارت و اجرا | Site Execution Supervisor

مسئولیت ها:

• تقسیم کار و ایجاد هماهنگی در قسمتهای تحت سرپرستی از قبیل مکانیک و پایپینگ، برق و ابزار دقیق،سازه فلزی، سیویل و معماری.
• انجام صورتجلسه عملیات اجرایی پیمانکاران برای کنترل احجام عملیات اجرایی
• انعقاد قرارداد با پیمانکاران در کارگاه
• بررسی نقشه ها و رفع نواقص و ایرادات نقشه های اظهار شده از طرف پیمانکاران
• بررسی و رسیدگی به صورت وضعیت کارکرد پیمانکاران
• نظارت بر متره و برآورد اولیه احجام طبق نقشه های ابلاغی برای تامین متریال و تجهیزات
• کنترل عملیات اجرایی مطابق با نقشه ها برای پیشگیری از دوباره کاری و رعایت تقدم و تاخرها در بخش اجرا
• کنترل متریال وارده به سایت و مطابقت آن با مشخصات مورد نظر
• کنترل و نظارت بر کار پیمانکار برای اجرای کار با کیفیت
• هماهنگی با دستگاه مشاور و کارفرما و همکاران دفتر مرکزی برای پیشبرد امور مربوطه و ارایه راه حل برای رفع آن‌ها

دانش و مهارت ها:

• تحصیلات: حداقل کارشناسی مهندسی مکانیک
• سابقه کار: حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در پروژه های آهن، مس و فولاد
• مسلط بر دستورالعمل ها و استانداردهای مرتبط با معدن و فولاد
• تسلط کامل به مباحث اجرایی
• مسلط به فرایند تامین و تدارکات
• مسلط به مدارک مهندسی
• مهارت رهبری
• مهارت ارتباط موثر
• مهارت پیگیری و نتیجه گرایی

Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: Minimum Mechanical Engineering Expert
Work experience: at least 10 years of relevant work experience in iron, copper and steel projects
