-کارشناسی یا ارشد مهندسی صنایع
-حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریتی
-محدوده سنی 35 الی 45
-شناسایی فرآیندهای موجود در سازمان، تحلیل نقاط قوت و ضعف آن‌ها و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود
-طراحی فرآیندهای جدید یا اصلاح فرآیندهای موجود، مستندسازی آن‌ها و آموزش کارکنان برای اجرای صحیح
-شناسایی و انتخاب نرم‌افزارها و سیستم‌های مناسب برای پشتیبانی از فرآیندها و اطمینان از یکپارچگی آن‌ها با سایر سیستم‌ها
-پایش عملکرد سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها، اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPIs) و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیریت
-شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهینه‌سازی مداوم فرآیندها و سیستم‌ها
-مدیریت فرآیند تغییر در سازمان و کمک به کارکنان برای انطباق با روش‌ها و سیستم‌های جدید
-تدوین استانداردها و رویه‌های کاری برای اطمینان از اجرای صحیح فرآیندها و سیستم‌ها
-برقراری ارتباط با ذینفعان مختلف در سازمان و دریافت بازخورد برای بهبود فرآیندها
-مطالعه و به‌روزرسانی دانش در زمینه مدیریت فرآیندها، سیستم‌ها و استانداردهای مرتبط

Conditions:
. Bachelor or Master of Industrial Engineering
. At least 5 years of management experience
. Age range 1 to 2
. Identifying the processes in the organization, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and offering suggestions to improve
. Designing new processes or modifying existing processes, documenting them, and training staff to properly implement
. Identify and select the appropriate software and systems to support processes and ensure their integration with other systems
. Monitoring systems and processes, measuring key performance indicators (KPIS) and providing regular reports to
management. Identifying and offering suggestions for continuous optimization of processes and systems
. Manage the process of change in the organization and help employees adapt to new methods and systems
. Developing standards and work procedures to ensure the proper implementation of processes and systems
. Communicate with different stakeholders in the organization and receive feedback to improve the processes
. Studying and updating knowledge in the field of relevant processes, systems and standards
