• هماهنگی و هدایت تیم حسابداری برای دستیابی به اهداف مالی.
• کنترل و مدیریت هزینه‌ها و بودجه‌بندی.
• اطمینان از رعایت قوانین و مقررات مالی و حسابداری.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط و مهارت در مدیریت تیم‌های حسابداری.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازماندهی قوی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و مالی.

Spadana Polymer Company is looking for an accounting supervisor to supervise the accounting and financial processes in the Mobarakeh Industrial Estate, Isfahan office. This position as an accounting supervisor is in the field of accounting and finance and includes key responsibilities related to the accurate management of financial information, foresight and financial decision making.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing accounting processes and preparation of regular financial reports
- review and analysis of financial data to present to senior managers
- coordination and guidance of the accounting team to achieve financial goals
- control and management of costs and budgeting
br>- Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Higher education degree in finance, accounting or banking
- Related work experience and skills in managing accounting teams
br>- Ability to analyze financial data and provide accurate reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting and financial software
