Shekarian Business & Immigration Law Firm is expanding its social media team and is seeking a creative, talented, and resourceful individual to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and an in-depth understanding of social media platforms and current trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). In addition to expertise in social media, flexibility is essential, as the role requires handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and compelling content (text, images, videos, infographics) for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.) in alignment with the brand’s strategy.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts on a daily basis.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize posts regularly, based on audience behavior analysis and peak engagement times.
- Engage with followers and the online community by responding to comments and messages, maintaining an active and positive presence.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of content and campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
- Implement innovative ideas by staying up-to-date with evolving digital marketing trends and exploring how these can be effectively applied to the brand.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design software.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for content creation.
- Excellent writing skills for creating engaging, platform-specific content.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on social media campaign performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Expertise in growing an organic, targeted follower base.
- Competency in researching and understanding English-language materials.
