شرح شغل:

• تنظیم متن قراردادها و الحاقیه‌ها.
• بررسی شرایط و قوانین حاکم فعالیت‌های شرکت.
• بررسی شرایطی که در قرارداد مدنظر کارفرما باید گنجانده شود.
• انجام مذاکرات قراردادی با ذی نفعان داخلی سازمان و طرف مقابل قرارداد در راستای پیشبرد اهداف سازمان.
• مشارکت در تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها و آئین‌ نامه‌های داخلی.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل شرایط قراردادها و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیریت.
• مدیریت و راهبری کارشناسان قرارداد و ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم.

- Review of the Conditions and Laws of Company Activities
- Review the conditions that should be included in the employer's contract
- Conduct contracts with internal affiliates of the organization and the opposite party in the contract. Covers of the Organization's Objectives- Participation in Developing Internal Regulations and Regulations
- Analysis of Contract Conditions and Providing Periodic Reports to Management
