شرایط احراز:

• محدوده سنی: 35 تا 40 سال.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای آموزش سازمانی.
• آشنا با استانداردهای منابع انسانی و استاندارد ایزو 10015.
• آشنایی با مراکز آموزشی معتبر.
• توانایی انجام کار گروهی.
• آشنایی با روش‌های تحلیل آماری مقدماتی.
• داشتن سابقه کاری در صنایع تولیدی.
• دارای تعهد کاری بالا و روحیه کار تیمی.

Conditions:
Age range: 35 to 40 years.
At least three years of work experience in the same job position.
Introduction to organizational training processes.
Familiar with ISO HR Standards and Standards 10015. BR> Familiarity with Authentic Training Centers.
Ability to do teamwork.
Introduction to basic statistical analysis methods.
Having a work experience in manufacturing industries.
