مسئولیت ها:
- مدیریت و نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولید و اطمینان از بهره‌وری و کارایی بالا
- برقراری و حفظ استانداردهای کیفیت و ایمنی در روند تولید
- هماهنگی با دیگر تیم‌های مهندسی و مدیریتی برای بهبود روند تولید
- تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های تولیدی بهینه
- رفع مشکلات فنی و عملیاتی روزانه در خطوط تولید
- نظارت بر عملکرد تجهیزات و پیشنهاد ارتقا یا تعمیر آن‌ها

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه مدیریت تولید یا فرآیندهای صنعتی
- مهارت‌های عالی در مدیریت پروژه و کنترل فرآیند
- توانایی حل مساله و تصمیم‌گیری در محیط‌های پویا
- مهارت در کار با ابزارها و تکنیک‌های مدیریت تولید

Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring production processes and ensuring high productivity and efficiency
- Establishing and maintaining quality and safety standards in the production process
- Coordination with other engineering and management teams to improve the production process
- Developing and implementing optimal production plans
- Solving technical and operational problems in production lines
- Monitoring the performance of equipment and proposing their upgrade or repair

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in the field of mechanical engineering
- relevant work experience in the field of production management or industrial processes
- excellent skills in project management and process control
- ability to solve problems and make decisions in dynamic environments
- skill in working with production management tools and techniques
