Data Analyst - Driver’s Loyalty Club

As a Data Analyst, you will delve deep into marketing data, analyze extensive datasets, identify root causes for significant issues, and devise long-term solutions, including demand and supply. This role carries significant impact, with objectives directly influencing user experience and the business's bottom line.

Tasks in Detail:

• Extract, audit, and cleanse data necessary for decision-making processes.
• Extract business insights and offer actionable recommendations.
• Produce written documentation supporting your analyses and generate comprehensive reports based on your findings for stakeholders.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, conducting experiments (A/B tests) and surveys to optimize conversion rates (user funnels).
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, reporting on metrics such as ROI and KPIs.
• Identify trends and insights, adjusting spend and performance based on these insights.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data generation and analysis tools, particularly SQL and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with statistical software such as Stata, R, or Python is advantageous.
