Required Skills
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering software projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize development processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic decision-making capabilities and ability to align teams with broader goals.
- Resource management skills, including technical, human, and time resources.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in coding and hands-on problem-solving.

Preferred/Optional Skills
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in AI product teams.
- Familiarity with our tech stack (e.g., [Python, TensorFlow, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, React, FastAPI]).
- Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring, and scaling AI systems.
