Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data analytics infrastructure and tools for efficient data exploration and visualization.
• Analyze data sets, identify trends and patterns, and generate meaningful insights to support business decision-making processes.
• Support the development of data models and assist in data mining and production processes.
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence Team and data scientists to fulfill their data requirements and support their analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data analysis techniques, and actively propose ideas to leverage AI in our data projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (third-year students and above are also welcome) or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience or personal projects in data analysis will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in SQL and a scripting language like Python (and its frameworks such as Pandas and NumPy) is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of data visualization tools and concepts. And experience with data visualization and dashboarding platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills (medium+ English), allowing you to effectively present findings and communicate with team members with proper reports and documents.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of version control methods and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with agile working methods and an open feedback culture.
