طول دوره کارآموزی دو سال خواهد بود و کارآموزان در پایان دوره کارآموزی توانایی لازم جهت اخذ گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای هوانوردی را به دست خواهند آورد و در صورت قبولی در آزمون‌های مربوطه و کسب تجارب لازم، گواهینامه مورد تائید سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری را از مراجع ذیصلاح دریافت خواهند کرد. دوره کارآموزی شامل آموزش‌ها و فعالیت‌هایی برای ارتقای دانش، مهارت و فرهنگ کاری برتر هواپیمایی است و کارآموزان علاوه بر شرکت در برنامه‌های آموزشی، در فعالیت‌های عملی کاری نیز به کسب تجربه خواهند پرداخت. شرکت در این دوره رایگان است و تمامی هزینه‌های آموزشی توسط شرکت سپهر طلایی پارس پرداخت خواهد شد؛ علاوه بر پرداخت هزینه‌های آموزشی توسط شرکت، منتخبین در طول دوره کارآموزی مشمول دریافت کمک هزینه کارآموزی خواهند بود و پس از دوره کارآموزی در صورت موفقیت در ارزیابی نهایی در بخش‌های فنی شرکت استخدام خواهند شد.

منتخبین فراخوان از مزایای زیر برخوردار خواهند بود:

• شرکت در دوره آموزشی و کارورزی مقدماتی شش ماهه.
• دریافت کمک هزینه معیشت پس از یک ماه.
• انعقاد قرارداد کاری بر مبنای مقررات قانون کار.
• شرکت در دوره‌های آموزشی در مدت زمان یک سال و نیم پس از انعقاد قرارداد کاری جهت کسب دانش لازم جهت شرکت در آزمون‌های گواهینامه پایه فنی سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری.
• معرفی به سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری جهت شرکت در آزمون و پرداخت هزینه‌های مترتب بر آن توسط شرکت.
• در صورت قبولی، صدور گواهی سوابق تجارب فنی جهت دریافت گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای هوانوردی سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری.

تعهدات شرکت کنندگان:

شرکت کنندگان پس از اتمام فرایند انتخاب و در پایان یک ماه از دوره آموزشی ملزم به ارائه تعهدات رعایت تمامی ضوابط انضباطی اعلام شده از طرف شرکت، اشتغال تمام وقت، شرکت در دوره‌های آموزشی و برنامه‌های پرورش مهارت و سایر موارد جهت برقراری کمک هزینه معیشت و ورود به مرحله انعقاد قرارداد خواهند بود.

محل برگزاری دوره آموزشی:

دوره آموزشی شش ماهه در تاسیسات آموزشی شرکت سپهر طلایی پارس در قزوین برگزار خواهد شد و شرکت کنندگان از شنبه تا پنجشنبه هر هفته در کلاس‌های تئوری و عملی صبح و بعدازظهر شرکت خواهند کرد.

نحوه ثبت نام و شرکت در فرایند انتخاب:

در صورتی که داوطلبان دارای شرایط اولیه باشند، از آن‌ها برای شرکت در یک آزمون حضوری جهت سنجش توانایی‌ها و علاقمندی‌های مورد نیاز برای شغل تکنسین فنی هواپیما دعوت به عمل خواهد آمد. منتخبین آزمون حضوری جهت سنجش دقیق‌تر به مصاحبه حضوری دعوت خواهند شد. افرادی که در مصاحبه حضوری حائز رتبه های برتر شوند جهت معاینات پزشکی به متخصصان طب کار ارجاع داده خواهند شد. افراد منتخب نهایی به دوره آموزشی مقدماتی یک ماهه دعوت خواهند شد و پس از موفقیت در گذراندن این دوره نسبت به عقد قرارداد، اخذ تعهدات و برقراری کمک هزینه معیشت اقدام خواهند کرد. صدور گواهی سوابق تجارب فنی جهت دریافت گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای هوانوردی سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری انجام خواهد شد.

متقاضیان شرکت در دوره بورسیه باید دارای شرایط زیر باشند:

• تابعیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران.
• محدوده سنی: 18 تا 25 سال. 
• حداقل مدرک دیپلم.
• عدم سوء پیشینه.
• دارا بودن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم غیر پزشکی (متقاضیانی که درحال گذراندن دو ماه پایان خدمت هستند امکان ثبت نام دارند).

شرایط احراز:

• داشتن سلامت جسمانی و روانی لازم با تایید پزشک معتمد شرکت.
• پذیرفته شدن در مراحل پذیرش بورسیه شامل: آزمون کتبی، مصاحبه عمومی، تخصصی و معاینات پزشکی.
• سطح متوسط در زبان انگلیسی (توانایی مکالمات روزمره ساده، توانایی درک جملات و متون ساده).
• عدم اشتغال به کار و نداشتن تعهد خدمتی در سایر شرکت‌ها.
• عدم مصرف سیگار و مواد دخانی و هرگونه خالکوبی روی بدن.
• ارائه تعهد خدمت براساس ضوابط شرکت.

Those selected for the call will have the following benefits:

Participating in a six-month preliminary training and internship course and receiving a living allowance after one month of successful participation in the course
Conclusion of a work contract based on the provisions of the labor law, after completing the six-month preliminary period and receiving salaries and benefits based on the payment criteria of Sepehr Talai Pars companies.
Participating in training courses within a year and a half after concluding a work contract to acquire the necessary knowledge to participate in the civil aviation organization's basic technical certification exams.
Introduction to the civil aviation organization to participate in the test and pay the related expenses by the company in case of acceptance
Issuing the certificate of technical experience records to receive the professional aviation certificates of the Civil Aviation Organization.

Obligations of participants:

After completing the selection process and at the end of one month of the training course, the participants are required to provide commitments to comply with all the disciplinary rules announced by the company, full-time employment, participation in training courses and skill development programs and other matters in order to establish a living allowance. and enter the stage of concluding the contract.

Venue of the training course:

The six-month training course will be held in the educational facilities of Sepehr Talai Pars Company in Qazvin, and the participants will attend theoretical and practical classes in the morning and afternoon from Saturday to Thursday every week.

How to register and participate in the selection process:

If the candidates meet the basic requirements, they will be invited to participate in an in-person test to measure the abilities and interests required for the job of an aircraft technician. Those selected for the face-to-face test will be invited to a face-to-face interview for more accurate assessment. People who get the best ratings in the face-to-face interview will be referred to occupational medicine specialists for medical examinations. The final selected people will be invited to a one-month preliminary training course and after successfully completing this course, they will enter into a contract, obtain commitments and establish a living allowance. The issuance of the certificate of technical experience records will be done to obtain the professional aviation certificates of the Civil Aviation Organization.

Applicants for the scholarship must meet the following requirements:

Citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Age range: 18 to 25 years.
At least a diploma.
No bad background.
Having a termination of service card or permanent non-medical exemption (applicants who are completing two months of termination of service can register).
Qualifying conditions:

Having the necessary physical and mental health with the approval of the company's trusted doctor.
Being accepted in the scholarship acceptance process including: written test, general interview, specialized interview and medical examination.
Intermediate level in English (ability to have simple everyday conversations, ability to understand simple sentences and texts).
Not working and not having service obligations in other companies.
Not smoking and smoking and not having any tattoos on the body.
Providing a service commitment based on the company's terms.
