شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار در سطح مدیریت ارشد یا هیئت مدیره.
• توانایی برای هدایت و مدیریت کلیه فعالیت‌های شرکت ساختمانی.
• بالای ده سال سابقه کاری برای مدرک کارشناسی و بالای پنج سال سابقه کاری برای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد. 
• توانایی تصمیم گیری استراتژیک و مدیریت بحران.
• مهارت های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات ساختمان.

Duties:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to senior management, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee business operations to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead efforts in market expansion and service development to enhance competitive positioning.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in executive leadership roles within the finance or investment sector.
