- تجربه کار در سطح مدیریت ارشد یا هیئت مدیره.
- توانایی برای هدایت و مدیریت کلیه فعالیتهای شرکت ساختمانی.
- بالای ده سال سابقه کاری برای مدرک کارشناسی و بالای پنج سال سابقه کاری برای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد.
- توانایی تصمیم گیری استراتژیک و مدیریت بحران.
- مهارت های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات ساختمان.
