هتل لاکس یک هتل پنج‌ستاره لوکس و منحصر‌به‌فرد است که در جزیره کیش واقع شده است و تجربه‌ای برجسته در زمینه مهمان‌داری، غذا و خدمات به مهمانان ارائه می‌دهد. با نزدیک شدن به افتتاح بزرگ هتل ما به دنبال یک مدیر مالی با تجربه هستیم تا استراتژی مالی، گزارش‌دهی و انطباق هتل را هدایت و نظارت کند.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• رهبری تمام وظایف مالی از جمله بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی، حسابداری، حسابرسی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی که از اهداف عملیاتی هتل پشتیبانی کند.
• اطمینان از رعایت کامل قوانین مالیاتی محلی، مقررات مالی و کنترل‌های داخلی.
• نظارت بر جریان‌های درآمدی، ساختارهای هزینه و سودآوری در تمام بخش‌ها.
• ارائه مشاوره استراتژیک به مدیر کل و مالکیت در زمینه برنامه‌ریزی مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری.
• نظارت بر حقوق و دستمزد، تأمین منابع و پیگیری هزینه‌های سرمایه‌ای.
• همکاری با رؤسای بخش‌ها برای اطمینان از صحت داده‌های مالی و رعایت بودجه.
• تهیه صورت‌های مالی ماهانه و سالانه و گزارش‌های عملکرد.

شرایط مورد نیاز:

• حداقل ده سال تجربه در مدیریت مالی؛ با حداقل پنج سال سابقه در یک نقش ارشد مالی در صنعت مهمان‌داری یا هتل‌های لوکس.
• درک قوی از سیستم‌های حسابداری هتل.
• دانش عمیق از بودجه‌بندی، پیش‌بینی و مدل‌سازی مالی.
• مهارت‌های عالی در رهبری، ارتباطات و سازماندهی.
• مدرک لیسانس یا فوق‌لیسانس در رشته‌های حسابداری، مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.

About Lux Hotel:

Lux Hotel is an exclusive five-star luxury property located on Kish Island, offering an elevated experience across hospitality, dining, and guest services. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking an experienced financial manager to lead and oversee the financial strategy, reporting, and compliance for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support the hotel's operational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Monitor revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across all departments.
• Provide strategic advice to the General Manager and ownership on financial planning and investment.
• Oversee payroll, procurement, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial data and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and performance reports.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel accounting systems.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
