• حداقل مدرک دیپلم فنی و حرفه‌ای و یا کاردانی در رشته‌های مرتبط با مونتاژ مانند مکانیک، برق، الکترونیک و یا رشته‌های فنی مهندسی.
• حداقل یک سال سابقه کار مرتبط در زمینه مونتاژ محصولات صنعتی و ترجیحاً دارای سابقه کار مرتبط با صنعت یا حوزه فعالیت سازمان.
• مهارت کافی در کار با ابزار و تجهیزات مونتاژ و توانایی انجام عملیات دقیق و ظریف، تنظیم و عیب‌یابی آن‌ها.
• توانایی خواندن و درک نقشه‌های فنی.
• دارای مدارک و گواهینامه‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در رشته‌های جوشکاری، مونتاژکاری و غیره.
• مهارت‌های عالی بین فردی و ارتباطی، امانتداری، تعهد به اخلاق حرفه‌ای، نظم و انضباط، حوصله و دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پشتکار، شکیبایی و صبوری، مهارت رهروی و رهبری، انعطاف‌پذیری و سازگاری.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Having sufficient knowledge in the field of mechanics, electricity, electronics or fields related to construction and production
