شرح وظایف تخصصی:


• طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و نظارت بر معماری شبکه‌های داخلی (LAN/WAN) و زیرساخت ارتباطی شرکت
• مدیریت سرورها، مجازی‌سازی (VMware / Hyper-V) و سرویس‌های ابری (Cloud Services)
• برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل امنیت اطلاعات، شامل فایروال‌ها، سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ و کنترل دسترسی
• راهبری و نگهداری از سیستم‌های ERP، CRM، سامانه‌های تیکتینگ و اتوماسیون اداری
• طراحی و اجرای سیاست‌های پشتیبان‌گیری (Backup) و Disaster Recovery Plan
• تحلیل نیازهای فناوری واحدهای مختلف و ارائه راهکارهای دیجیتال‌سازی فرآیندها
• مدیریت دیتابیس‌ها (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) و اطمینان از صحت و امنیت داده‌ها
• نظارت بر پروژه‌های نرم‌افزاری از مرحله تحلیل تا استقرار و پشتیبانی
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های امنیت، نرم‌افزار، شبکه و سخت‌افزار برای یکپارچگی سیستم‌ها
• مدیریت تیم IT و ارتقای دانش فنی اعضا از طریق آموزش و ارزیابی دوره‌ای
• ارائه گزارش‌های فنی و راهبردی به مدیریت ارشد شرکت





شرایط احراز:


• مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی فناوری اطلاعات، کامپیوتر یا مرتبط
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مدیریتی یا سرپرستی در حوزه IT
• تسلط کامل بر مفاهیم شبکه، امنیت، مجازی‌سازی و مدیریت سرورها
• آشنایی با پروتکل‌های ارتباطی، Active Directory، Mikrotik، Cisco و Linux
• تجربه کار با سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ و کنترل مصرف منابع (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و مدیریت بودجه فناوری اطلاعات
• روحیه رهبری، دقت بالا و مهارت در تصمیم‌گیری سریع در شرایط بحرانی

• Management of servers, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud services (Cloud Services)
• Information security planning and control, including firewalls, monitoring and access control systems
• Management and maintenance of ERP systems, CRM, ticketing and office automation systems
