Safety Specialist

As part of one of Alibaba Group’s newest ventures in the aviation industry, DotAir is seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in implementing and managing our safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture across all departments.

Requirment:

• Develop, implement and maintain the safety management system according to the Safety Aviation Rules and regulation (CAA.IRI, ICAO, EASA, Annex 19, Doc 9859, etc);
• Prepared and Implement Safety policy;
• Identify safety hazard and assess safety risks;
• Manage internal safety investigation including analysis of incident and occurrence;
• Monitor safety performance indicators (SPIs) and Safety trends;
• Promote safety awareness and training;
• Any other matters that are related to the Safety.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering, aviation maintenance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SMS principle and relevant Aviation safety Reules and Regulations (CAA.IRI, ICAO, EASA, Annex 19, Doc 9859, etc);
• Knowledge of risk assessment;
• Knowledge of Accident incident investigation process;
• Strong analytical, Communication, and report writing skills; 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Strong communication and coordination abilities;
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Airlines Safety;
