انباردار | Warehouse Keeper

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کاردانی. 
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• آشنایی با اصول انبارداری و نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات دکل‌های نفتی دریایی و خشکی.
• آشنایی با اصول انبارگردانی و ثبت و به‌روزرسانی موجودی کالا.

شرح وظایف:

• حفظ و حراست از تمامی موجودی کالا و حفظ امانتداری.
• طبقه‌بندی، تنظیم و کد گذاری کالا و قطعات بر اساس دستورالعمل انبار.
• ثبت مشخصات اجناس و کالا و تجهیزات وارده و صادره در دفاتر و سیستم انبار.
• صدور حواله انبار هنگام تحویل کالا.
• اخذ تایید بررسی کالا، قطعات و تجهیزات از واحد بازرسی فنی جهت رسید دائم انبار.

Requirements:

• At least an Associate's degree.
• At least three years of work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with warehousing principles and related software.
• Familiarity with offshore and onshore oil rig equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management principles and recording and updating inventory.

Duties:

• Protecting all inventory and maintaining confidentiality.
• Classifying, organizing, and coding goods and parts based on warehouse instructions.
• Recording the specifications of imported and exported goods and equipment in warehouse offices and systems.
• Issuing warehouse receipts upon delivery of goods.
• Obtaining approval for inspection of goods, parts, and equipment from the technical inspection unit for a permanent warehouse receipt.
