Project Civil Engineer

• Ensure that the quality of work is maintained at the highest possible standard while keeping costs low.  
• Oversee the vertical start-up of construction and civil projects.  
• Apply World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Early Equipment Management (EEM) principles during the design and execution phases of projects.  
• Participate as a member of the EEM team throughout the end-to-end project execution process.  
• Manage the timely delivery of technical projects, including cost and resource allocation.  
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental aspects of project management from the design phase (including PHA, HAZOPS, and MDSAS).  
• Responsible for project implementation, site safety, commissioning, and final project handover.  
• Promote and implement Best Proven Practices while disseminating awareness within the Engineering Community.  
• Possess the ability to design, draft, estimate materials, calculate costs, and determine the lead times for projects.  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 
• Proficient in English
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Effective time management abilities 
• Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings 
• Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawings 
• Solid understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) concepts and Enterprise Equipment Management (EEM) 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field
