We are looking for an expert in the field of sales and marketing of agency customers, who can understand their concerns and needs through direct contact with agency customers, effectively communicate with suppliers regarding the coordination of domestic and foreign flights and hotels. The one who can increase the sales of Alibaba customer agencies by defining and implementing various advertising campaigns, and design, implement and analyze appropriate programs to retain the agency customers of Alibaba's B2B platform and improve their loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Stablish effective communication with domestic and international travel agencie
- Negotiate and sign collaboration agreements with agencies to expand Alibaba's sales network
- Identify and attract new agencies to increase sales and business partnerships
- Attend meetings and events related to the tourism industry to identify new opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agencies, providing continuous follow-up to
- resolve issues and improve services offered to business partners
- Analyze agency sales performance and provide improvement strategies; assess agencies' needs
- and challenges and offer appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience and sales processes
- Represent Alibaba at domestic and international tourism exhibitions
- Hold meetings with travel agencies in various destinations
- Present Alibaba's new products and services to potential customers and partners
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business relationships; analyze the market and
- Provide strategic reports to managers
- Monitor market trends and propose new strategies to increase partnerships
