As a First Officer (Co-Pilot), you will support the Captain in operating flights safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all aviation regulations. You are an integral part of the flight deck team, assisting with flight planning, monitoring systems, communicating with air traffic control, and ensuring the overall safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight operations from pre-flight to post-flight.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance during flight.
- Handle radio communications and navigation under the Captain’s direction.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings and flight planning, including reviewing weather and flight paths.
- Perform takeoffs, landings, and in-flight duties as delegated or needed.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and reports.
- Handle emergency procedures and ensure passenger safety if needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating
- Type-rated on applicable aircraft (e.g., A320, B737, etc.), if required by airline
- Minimum flight hours as per regulatory or company requirements
- Excellent knowledge of flight operations and aviation safety regulations
- Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
- English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or above)
